The University College of Law in Collaboration with National Labour Law Association is organizing a two day seminar on ‘Management of Contract Labour: Emerging Socio-Legal Issues’ on 15-16 Nov. at Oriental Palace Resort.

The Chief Guest of the event would be Justice GovingMathur, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, presided by Prof. I.V. Trivedi. Prof. S.C. Srivastava, Sec. Gen., National Labour Law Assosiation, New Delhi will be the keynote speaker.

District Judge Ram Chandra Jhala, District & Session Court, Udaipur and Dr. PravinSinha, Exec. President, National Labour Law Assosiation, New Delhi will also address the inaugural session of the event.

The seminar is being organized to provide a common platform for interaction among Labour Law experts, Enforcement Machinery and Academicians of the field.

The seminar would provide opportunity to discuss the recent development in the Labour Laws and is extremely useful in today’s perspective of labour issues.
