In the field of innovation and problem-solving, Madhur Mehta from Udaipur gained victory, claiming the first prize at the National Level of the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2023. The event, hosted at Techno India University campus, Kolkata, witnessed Mehta and his team's stellar performance as they tackled and successfully solved a problem statement presented by the Ministry of Law and Justice.

The Smart India Hackathon, a pioneering initiative by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, aims to foster national collaboration and provide a dynamic platform for students to address pressing challenges encountered in everyday life. The competition not only encourages creativity but also serves as a catalyst for the development of innovative product solutions.

Out of 437 participating teams from across the nation, Madhur Mehta and his team's exceptional skills set them apart. The Ministry of Law and Justice, responsible for scrutinizing and selecting solutions for its specific problem statement, chose six teams for the final round.

Madhur Mehta's team, with their ingenuity and dedication, clinched the top spot, securing a prize money of Rs 1 lakh. Madhur Mehta's success not only brings pride to Udaipur but also exemplifies the potential that lies within the nation's youth to drive positive change through technology and innovation.
