Of the total respondents, 50% said that they are not aware of the Udaipur Police Helpline for registering complaints. This means that the Police should take the help of media to ensure that their helpline is communicated across the geography.

56% of the respondents are of the view that Police behave normally with them. However, 22% feel that the behaviour of Police personnel is Rude while 19% feel that the behaviour is not respectful towards residents.

45% respondents say that Police responds to complains and hears them; but no Action is taken. 21% feel that Police is highly responsive. 26% say No Response.
