Udaipur’s bodybuilder Vishal Kothari brought laurels after achieving the title of ‘Sports & Muscle Model’ at the MuscleMania-India Championship organized in Gurgaon. He also stood second in Physique Division in the competition which was attended by 200 athletes from across the world.

This is the fifth time Vishal has won the MuscleMania Championship after winning second in ‘Sports & Muscle Model’ in India in 2014, second in Asia Championship, Singapore and third in Physique Division.

Vishal is considered among top fitness models in India and after winning the MuscleMania Championship in Mumbai on 19^th September, he will qualify for the Las Vegas, World or Miami Universe title.

Vishal Kothari maintains a strict diet and exercise routine including 3-4 hours of gym training and 6-7 times intake of diet food. He is also a fitness expert at his health club Vishal’s Coliseum.
