On the last day of the nomination for Lok Sabha Election candidates, three contestants from different political parties including Aam Aadmi Party, Socialist Party of India and Samajwadi Party filed their nominations in front of election officer Ashutosh Pednekar.

On the last day of the nomination for Lok Sabha Election candidates, three contestants from different political parties including Aam Aadmi Party, Socialist Party of India and Samajwadi Party filed their nominations in front of election officer Ashutosh Pednekar.

Candidate from AAP, Dr. Velram Meena took the oath and presented his nomination. Meena recited the oath twice after mistakenly saying “Shradhanjali” instead of “Shraddha”.

Media also alleged AAP for breaching the code of conduct by putting badges on their clothes and chanting slogans outside the chamber of election officer. Accompanied by dozens of party supporters, Velaram Meena told media that he was unaware of the regulations, as he’s contesting elections for the first time.

Other candidates also filed their nominations today including Laxmi Lal Gameti from Socialist Party and a contestant from Bahujan Samaj Party.

According to official sources, Meghraj Tawad from Communist Party of India, Gautam lal Meena from Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist), Arjun Lal Meena from BJP, Raghuveer Singh Meena from Congress, Laxman from Bahujan Samaj Party, Parbhulal Meena from Bahujan Mukti Party, Dr. Velaram Meena from AAP, Kalulal Meena from Jago Party and Laxmilal Gameti from Socialist Party of India filed their nominations.
