I need justice”, added Jaideep Singh. Students who fought elections as an office bearer post for two times are as follows : [as per Jaideep Singh] 1.)  Manisha Mandora(law college) : Joint Secretary in the year 2010,Vice President in the year 2011 2.)  Mohan Lal Kumhar(law college) : Joint Secretary in the year 2010, Joint Secretary in the year 2011 3.)  Ashish Chauhan(commerce col.) : Joint Secretary in the year 2010, General Secretary in the year 2011 “The candidature of Jaideep Singh Bhimawat was rejected because according to Clause -5D of the election commission one candidate cannot fight for the post of office bearer for two times.  As Bhimawat had already fought election for the post of Vice- president  in the year 2010, at the Law College he cannot be permitted for the second time for an office bearer post”, said Rajshree Chaudhary, ADSW, Law College.  She further added, “I have rejected the candidature as per the guidelines of the DSW, MLSU”. Professor KC Sodani, DSW, MLSU, said, “I have given the instructions that the candidature of the candidate who is fighting second time at the post of the office bearer shall be rejected, as per the university rules.  I don’t have an idea whether any student has fought election in the past for the same post as an office bearer for two times”.
