Udaipur Railway Training Zonal Institute is going to open their museum for common school students and local tourists. Up till now, the museum was only available to the railway training students.
The decision was taken in a joint meeting of District Collector and Principal of Railway Training Institute. The museum contains scores of antiques demonstrating history of Indian Railway and engineering related to it.
As per the collector, the museum will help educate school children and is going to open soon for them. He further said, “The local administration has to take permission from central government for opening the museum for tourist.”
