Wild and street animal rescue society rescued snakes from different parts of the city on Wednesday. A python was rescued from a field in Havala village close to the city.
As per snake rescuer Padam Singh Rathore, his team comprising of Arvind Singh, Mukesh, Mahendra, Nitin and Balwant reached Havala on getting information about a python in one of the fields. The python was then released into the forest.
Apart from this, a viper was rescued from Titatdi, a cobra from Gulab Bagh, and 2 snakes from Rani Road and a house in Technocrat Society were also rescued and released in the forest.
