Tanishq Patwa of Udaipur won a Bronze medal for Rajasthan in the 16th National Kayaking Marathon held in Bhopal.

Tanishq, a member of the Rajasthan Kayaking team, won the Bronze in the 15km race. This is not the first time that Tanishq has brought glory to the city of Udaipur. She has performed earlier and has the potential to bring laurels for India at the internatinal level as well, says Dilip Singh Chauhan, senior swimming coach and Chairperson on Indian Dragon Boat.

She has trained under Nischay Singh Chauhan and is a regular at Fatehsagar, where she has been training for 3 years now. Secretary of Rajasthan Kayaking Federation Mahesh Pimpalkar, Vice President Chandragupta Singh Chauhan, Chairman Dalpat Surana, President RK Dhabai were among those who welcomed Tanishq on her return to Udaipur.
