Rajasthan is witnessing extreme heat and it is merely April. Heat waves and the temperatures going high every day are adding to troubles. To add to this, power cuts every hour is making this season even more unbearable.
Udaipur city has crossed 40 degrees. Power cuts have increased making it more difficult for us to survive. Every hour, power goes off without information making people stuck in the middle of the regular household chores. With the heat waves entering the homes it is obvious for people to stay inside closed doors but with the electricity supplies going off every now and then, one is forced to bear this heat. No information is being provided about these regular power cuts by the electricity department.
Falaudi stood at the top most on temperature graph with 44.4 degrees. Wonder what is going to be the level of heat this summer season!! Churu was at 43.8, Jaisalmer 43.3, Barmer 42.7, Ajmer and Jodhpur 42.2 and Kota at 43.4 degrees on Friday. Lakes are almost dry. Water supplies will get affected even more if monsoons do not shower their blessings.
