The court has rejected the request given by Subhash Dudhani to allow him access to certain documents in the illegal Mandrax case of Dec 2016.
Subhash had requested the court to give him copies of exhibits D20-24, D27 and D28, documents that are under seal with the court.  The court, in its rejection order, said that the documents asked by the accused Subhash Dudhani are not ambiguous and that the accused has no connection with these document exhibits.

The court has directed that the accused is free to inspect the said documents at the time of hearing as per protocol and procedures.  The accused is under the custody of DRI since Dec 2016, when the Hiran Magri Police station registered a case against him and his company on recovery of illegal Mandrax drug to the tune of 23.5 tonne, the value of which was Rs 4,700 Crore then.
However, the court has permitted Parmeshwar’s counsel Kavita to meet him, after the counsel requested that the meeting is warranted as the company returns had to be filed mandatory with the Registrar of Companies and that Kavita needed directions from Parmeshwar to process the filing.
