A man was strangled to death in Khemli village which falls under Dabok police station. The man’s wife and her accomplice are being suspected based on the murder site and the statements given by the wife.
Hemraj Teli reported to police that his brother was lying dead in his house. Police found scratch marks on the man’s throat and body and a woman’s inner wear were found next to the body. When post-mortem was done, it was clarified that the man’s throat was pressed with force to suffocate him to death. Police has registered a case and investigations are on as the crime scene looked suspicious.
As informed by deceased Shambhu’s brother, Shambhu was living at Khemli station with his wife. He was working as a tailor in the village nearby. His wife Lalita used to fight with him everyday which he informed to his brother. Lalita had gone to Madhya Pradesh a week ago and returned on Tuesday. She began fighting with her husband immediately after her return and even filed a complaint against him in Dabok police station. On Wednesday, younger brother Ghasilal was called by Lalita and informed of Shambhu’s death. Since the brothers saw scratch marks on the body of Shambu, they suspected murder and informed police.
Police is investigating the case as the suspicion goes on the wife and one of her accomplice as the crime scene indicated that Shambhu was suffocated to death.
