Investigation proves Actor Pooja Misrra’s FIR false

The case of alleged sexual assault of actor and Big Boss Contestant Pooja Misrra which she had lodged with Udaipur police during her stay in the city came up as a fake story. Police will now make an appeal in the court under section 182 of IPC to take actions against the actor.

Talking about the incidence the Station House Officer of Ambamata police station Jitendra Anchalia said that during the investigation of the matter it was found that all the allegations put by Pooja accusing some of the high profile people was all fake as no evidences were found in support of her report.

Moreover in her initial statement she reported the matter as sexual assault then she changed it to only a matter of assault which had pointed towards her and raised a question on her statement, Anchalia said. Beside this, one of the hotel staff also informed the police that he went inside the room of Pooja on the night of incidence when she called him to serve the drinking water.

During the investigation it was also found that Pooja had created a fake story as first she had gone to the airport to board a flight to Mumbai but returned to the hotel and created the entire scene, SHO informed.

Adding to it the report of Forensic Science Lab and the verification of the CCTV cameras installed at the corridor of the Hotel where she stayed also proved Pooja’s report wrong. The entire investigation proved that Pooja Misrra gave a fake report and misled the police. On Monday a final report of the investigation will be produced in the court and along with that an appeal will be made in front of the court under section 182 of IPC.

On 16th April Pooja Misrra had lodged an FIR at Ambamata Police Station claiming that she was assaulted while she was in deep sleep at the Hotel room. She had come to Udaipur for launch of her first official Calendar of her production house.

In her report to the police she had also raised fingers on some of the people of Film fraternity and also claimed that they are behind all that had happened with her.
