Till the second day of the alleged assault case with actor Pooja Misrra, no strong evidence was found regarding the incidence which could prove that she was being assaulted, said Shabbir Khan, Investigating officer of the case.

Shabbir talked further about the case saying that according to the initial information, the medical examination of Pooja Misrra could not prove that she was being assaulted. Moreover, the CCTV camera footage and other allegations turned against report mentioned by Pooja. However, the investigation of the matter is still on after which the final conclusions will be made.

Deputy SP of Police Gopal Singh Bhati said that no clues were found to back up Pooja’s complaint. It seems that it was a mere publicity stunt by the model, however it is too early to say anything. If the report is found to be incorrect, then a legal action will be taken against Pooja for wasting the time of Police department.

As per the report of FSL team, the spot on the bed sheet which Pooja claimed to be of blood wasn’t that. All these statements are pointing towards a different story, said DySP.
