A two day conference on Judicial Education, for Public Prosecutors posted in Udaipur, started today at Police Line Conference Hall.

The program was inaugurated by District and Session Judge Udaipur, Ram Chand Jhala with lighting of lamp. The conference started at 2 in the afternoon continued till 5 pm.

35 DDP (Deputy Directors, Assistant Deputy Directors and Assistant Public Prosecutors) form 12 Districts of Udaipur, Ajmer and Jodhpur Division participated in the conference.

The program was divided in four sessions. In first session, discussion on A.P.P as a bridge between court and investigative agencies; in the second session, role of A.P.P at Pre Cognigence and Post Cognigence State was discussed; in the third session, standard of Evidences and joint Labiality in Criminal trial was discussed and in the fourth session, a brief discussion about P.C and PNOT act was done.

Jhala started the program by a brief addressing; thereafter, the sessions were addressed by Girijesh Kumar Ojha, Deputy Director of Rajasthan State Judicial Academy and Rajesh Jain Deputy Director Administrative of R.J.A.

The conference will end on 1 Feb with many other sessions based on subjects like Medical and Forensic Science etc.
