With an aim to make the city cleaner, the administration is endeavoring exploring all possible options in every way.  Initially, the concerned departments are focusing on the making the city poster and hoarding free.  For this, the UIT has initiated a drive to dismantle all the illegally installed posters and banners in its area limits which will continue till 31^st January.

On the first day of its drive, the UIT team has removed plenty of posters and hoardings installed on road sides by different companies, displaying their products and services.  Here, the department has targeted all posters, banners and hoardings which were found in the area limits falling under UIT, informed Arjun Daan Detha, UIT Tehsildar.

Arjun also informed that today they have removed unlawfully installed banners and hoardings in the area between Pulla Village to Bhuwana and likewise gradually they will cover all areas and roads that are falling in their administrative boundary.

Arjun added that they are not only targeting the hoardings and posters that are destroying the beauty of the city but also everything that falls in makings the  roads and the corners of the city ugly and all this has been started under the directions of the higher officials of the department.
