US-based gaming and design company GAEMS is launching a “design hub” in Udaipur in conjunction with renowned marketer and investor Romi Mahajan and with Udaipur-based Advaiya Solutions.  The focus of the new venture is the design of products for communities seeking high-design, aesthetics, and functionality; gaming products will be first in line followed by wider consumer designs.

The idea is the brainchild of GAEMS founders Dean Mercier and John Smith who have already designed and executed a variety of award-winning products.   “Design is the binding factor in all we do. We started with hardcore gaming but now have moved into more casual products that remain true to our philosophy of high quality, design innovation, and practical use,” said Mercier.

“We are thrilled to be associated with GAEMS,” said Advaiya CEO Manish Godha.  “Our partnership with GAEMS has pushed us to new limits as we grow into new audience-spaces and new consumption scenarios” he adds.

GAEMS made its mark with portable gaming cases and monitors that help gamers recreate gaming environments when on the move.   Their Vanguard product and new M240 monitor were lauded at the recent E3 show in Los Angeles.
