B.Tech Student arrested for thefts and Burglary

A student of B.Tech has been arrested for committing thefts and burglaries in Udaipur’s nearby areas. Police arrested him with three of his accomplices for stealing liquor bottles from wine shop at Kathar.

A student of B.Tech has been arrested for committing thefts and burglaries in Udaipur’s nearby areas. Police arrested him with three of his accomplices for stealing liquor bottles from wine shop at Kathar.

The accused student Kalyan Singh, resident of Debari with Nathu Singh, Surendra Singh and Shankar lal, residents of Rajsamand confessed of committing nearly 10 thefts and burglaries in Gogunda and Udaipur city.

Police first arrested Nathu Singh, an auto driver after getting clue of his involvement in robbing several boxes of liquor from a wine shop at Kathar. During interrogation, Nathu Singh revealed the names of all other accused.

Kalyan Singh who is a student of B.Tech at a private college in Udaipur told police that he joined the gang because he was not sure about his future after completing studies.

The accused informed of committing theft at Umarda Village, Near Celebration Mall and at number of General Stores. They also stole a home theater, music system, refrigerator etc. from a Hotel.
