Bodies of a father and son have been found crushed under their own tractor last night of 15^th April at Maghwas, Jhadol. The dead were identified as Harish Singh, 50 and his son Mukendra Singh, 20 residents of Damana Village.

Prima facie, the police is anticipating it to be a case of murder; the suspects allegedly running the tractor on both of the victims. Mukendra Singh was the tractors registered owner and works as a field thrasher.

The bodies were first kept in the mortuary of Jhadol Hospital and later transported to M.B Hospital.

According to the police, the mishap took place around 10 pm. Mukendra was last seen by Babulal, who hired Mukendra to work on his farm.

Just before finishing the task, Mukendra, who was heavily drunk, went away saying that he was going to Maghwas. Babulal then informed Mukendra’s father Harish, who went after his son.

At around 10 pm the police got the information through a passerby, about two bodies lying under a tractor at Maghwas.

The bodies were handed over to the family members after the postmortem, while the police have started investigating the case.
