Rakesh Pathak,60, resident of Hiran Magri Sector 9, died yesterday during treatment, after being stabbed by unknown people who came to his residence on 17^th June. They allegedly entered his room while he was sleeping, stabbed him with a knife and fled away, leaving him bleeding.

On hearing his cries, the neighbors rushed him to M.B. Hospital, where he died during treatment on 20th June. His son, who is staying in Mumbai, was informed by the Doctors.

During treatment, Rakesh refused to divulge any information on his attackers so the Police are left without any clue as to the accused. Their investigations are still underway, as the case has been registered, as per the Police.
