A Development Officer of the Girva Panchayat Samiti is facing charges of fraud after a case to this effect was lodged by a person working for an NGO. A female N.G.O  worker has given a report at the local police station against Ram Swaroop Prajapat, B.D.O accusing him of forging BPL documents for a few women who were actually not eligible for the BPL category. As per complainant, the BDO has unduly used his position and powers to create the forged documents. The Court has sent the orders to the Police for further investigation.
