Police nabbed two accused last night from Moti Magri, betting on the ongoing IPL league.

As per police, Neeshant Goyal of Moti Magri scheme and Amit Mali of Dholi Bawri area were arrested from Neeshant’s house while they were busy speculating on the IPL cricket match.

In the raid, amount of Rs. 1,70,000 in cash, 7 mobiles, a television set, a laptop and a car was seized from their possession. Police also found few contact numbers in a notebook.

“Police also found the account of Rs. 58 lacs and Rs. 4 crores in separate notebooks, which is supposedly the amount gathered from betting transactions in whole months,” as informed by CI Jitendra Anchaliya.

Police is further looking into the case and for any other accused involved.
