Pandit Pav Bhaji is located on the Town Hall Link Road in Udaipur. They also have a food stall (thela) set up in front of the Town Hall gate. Since 1981, Pandit Pav Bhaji has been serving its customers.
This restaurant is owned and operated by two brothers, Bhavar and Shyam Lal. As their children will likely take over this business in the near future, they hope to start another restaurant.
Their home-made Indian spices are the secret to its flavour. They don't use readymade spices. The process of making the bhaji is also very different.
