A body of a newborn baby was found partially mutilated at MB Hospital premises today morning, the body was damaged by stray dogs, who almost ate the hand of the baby.

The shocking incident raised many question on the alleged irresponsibility of the hospital administration; as to how the body reached outside the premises.

Police has started their investigation, though unable to comment anything about the dead body. Sources also confirmed that the body was of a baby girl. However, it is not clear yet that it was a fetus or a newly born baby.
