Around 66% voters of Udaipur district appeared to use their right to vote in today’s Parliamentary Election process. The polling time started from morning 7 and continued till 6pm.
Around 66% voters of Udaipur district appeared to use their right to vote in today’s Parliamentary Election process. The polling time started from morning 7 and continued till 6pm.
After those enthusiastically motivated election campaigns conducted by administration in association with dozens of local organizations, people had expected more productive output in comparison to the result
Till 5pm, 53.39 percent of voting was reported. Although the number went up a bit in the last hour.
List of the percentage recorded from Udaipur rural areas till 5pm:
Gogunda- 52.38%, Jhadol -55.37%, Kherwada – 54.24%, Mavli- 57%, Vallabhnagar – 43.74% and Salumber- 53.86%
The scorching weather was another reason why polling booths remained empty in many areas of the city while many people showed their zeal and reached briskly to the polling booths and used their rights.
