In a tragic road mishap that occurred during procession of Milad un- Nabi on Thursday, a 6-year-old boy fell from a tractor trolley and died on the spot; while trying to rescue his son, the father also got severally injured.

The incident took place when the procession started from Anjuman and was going towards Brahmpol. The deceased boy Mustafa and his father Ishtiyak, resident of Kaharwadi were sitting on the tractor trolley leading the procession.

According to information, the tractor suddenly bumped and due to the jerk Mustafa fell down on ground and the rear tyre of vehicle ran over him, killing him on the spot. Shocked with the mishap Ishtiyak jumped to save his son but he himself received severe head injuries and was rushed to the hospital.

 Six year old Mustafa was student of a private school at Hathipol. Until late night his mother was not informed about the heartbreaking news of her son’s death.
