Body of an unidentified man was found floating at Lake Pichola today. The body was taken out by diver Chhotu bhai along with members of Civil Defense Team, Udaipur.

As per details received, the deceased seems to be in age bracket of 20-25 years. The man seems of have drowned about 4-5 days.

Diver Chhotu bhai and members of Civil Defense said that they received information from boat operators that there was a body floating near Kamal Talai. Ghantaghar Police team was also informed and they reached the spot. The body was taken out in presence of Police team.

108 ambulance was called to carry the body but they refused to take a dead body. Police then organised for a private ambulance for taking the body to MB Hospital mortuary.

The exact reason of death will be ascertained only after the post-mortem. Police is currently trying to establish identity of the deceased.
