In a mishap this evening, a drunken old man died by slipping off a 10-foot high roof of Old Lake View Hotel, near Shiksha Bhawan.

According to the sources, The Old Lake View Hotel is abandoned from quite some time and that the person slipped off the ledge of the 10 feet high roof of the hotel and died.

He was wearing a Slate Colored Safari Suit, was healthy built and in his 60s.

The body is not yet claimed by anyone till now, so it is kept in mortuary till further verification.

Case was registered at Hathipol Police Station.
