Short Circuit resulted in fire that gutted a Tiles Showroom at 100ft road.  The incident occurred on Saturday evening.  Three fire brigade vehicles and JCB vehicle reached the spot and controlled the flames.  However, the goods stored in the shop were completely destroyed in the flames.

According to sources, the locals of the area noticed flames coming out from Asian Granite India Limited Showroom and informed the Police and Fire brigade.  Fortunetly, the other shops located in the same building including a cloth shop and a restaurant remained untouched by the fire.

The showroom owner is from Ahmedabad and every weekend he goes to his native place. During the incident the owner was unavailable but was informed about the incident over phone.
