Udaipur Municipal Corporation (UMC) has proposed to develop circle of Sector-11. Statues of characters of Gavri will be installed over the circle. The construction work will start soon in the locality.

Satyanarayan Mochi, President, Garden & Beautification Committee, UMC informed, “Idols of various characters have been received. Installation work is expected to start from next week onwards. It will take around a month’s time to complete installation work.”

 Satyanarayan Mochi added that around 10 stone idols of various characters had been transported. These idols replicate different moods and expressions of individual, while performing Gavri Dance.  A sum of Rs.25 lac will be spent over the circle, which also includes cost of idols.
