Lift of a 7-floored building fell down from the 6^th floor. Lift of Vinayak Build Complex at Roop Sagar road suddenly fell down from the 6^th floor. Sound similar to an explosive thud made the residents of the building rush out in fear.

It was quite a matter of chance that there was no public in the lift and no repair work was going on either. Probably the shaft holding the lift broke, as a result of which it came down with a bang. Society people have registered a case against the builders in Sukher police station. The residents became quite aggressive because the negligence of the builders.

Vinayak Buildcom Pvt. Ltd. has installed lifts in this building. This lift was out of order since days and the builders were informed about it. It was stuck at 6^th floor since the day of its fault. Police says that the shaft by means of which the lift was in place broke bringing the heavy lift down with force.
