Man attacked by Bear at Phulwari-ki-Naal | Seriously injured
A man walking in the Phulwari ki Naal sanctuary in Panarva range was attacked by a bear leaving him seriously injured. The man was referred to Udaipur hospital in serious condition.
A man walking in the Phulwari ki Naal sanctuary in Panarva range was attacked by a bear leaving him seriously injured. The man was referred to Udaipur hospital in serious condition.
The incident happened on Thursday afternoon when Prabhulal s/o Motaram was going on the road from Daiyya to Ambasa. The road was passing through the Phulwari ki Naal sanctuary. All of a sudden a female bear emerged in front of him with her two baby bears. Before Prabhulal could realise what had happened, the female bear lunged on him and attacked. The bear grabbed Prabhulal’s right hand in its mouth and tried to rip it apart. Prabhulal somehow managed to apply pressure and got the bear to release his hand. After that the bear started attacking other parts of Prabhulal. Prabhulal started running for his life and reached Ambasa.
On reaching Ambasa, Prabhulal narrated his plight to the villagers. While narrating, Prabhulal lost consciousness and fell down. On the villagers information, Prabhulal’s family members reached the spot and took him to a government hospital from where he was referred to Udaipur in serious condition.
