In a dreadful mishap that occurred early morning today, a man who was working as a laborer died after falling down from a four storey under construction building at Bhopal Pura area.

The incident occurred near Bhandari Hospital at around 10:15am when Ramesh Chandra Salvi, 47, resident of Amrav Ji Ka Matt, Surajpol was working on the fourth floor of the building and suddenly fell down. He was declared dead soon after being admitted to hospital.

According to the Police, nobody has yet come from the victim’s family to take possession of the body. Police is also trying to track down anyone who is known to the victim.

The death occurred due to serious head injuries that the victim received, said CI Madan Gehlot. Police also said that a BPL card was found on the body, which helped in identifying the deceased.
