2 men were hit by a trailer on Tuesday. One of them died on the spot. The other one was declared dead in hospital.

It was around 11 a.m. on Tuesday when Ashok and Radheshyam were on their way to Barapaal from Tidi on a bike. They were hit by a trailer coming from behind near Barapaal pond. Radheshyam fell into the pond after being hit whereas Ashok fell on the edge of the pond. Radheshyam died on the spot. Both of them were taken to the hospital where Ashok was also declared dead by the medical team. As per sources, both these men were employed with contractors of Electricity Department.
