Panthers attack on Cattle in Bedwas
In an attack by two Panthers in Bedwas, two cows were found dead and a calf was injured. The incident was registered early morning yesterday in Upli Gali Colony, Bedwas.

Villagers started protesting for their safety, whilst a team from the Forest department reached the spot and calmed the crowd with an assurance of safety.
“Panthers enter colony on their will and kill our cattle”, villagers quoted.
DFO North, OP Sharma said that, “The forest area in the backside of Bedwas was the shelter of Panthers from the beginning. Catching Panthers is not a solution. We have asked Forest Officials to take counseling session of localites.”
