A roadways bus overturned at Udaipur-Chittor highway. All passengers have been reported safe in the accident.

As per reports, the roadways bus overturned at National Highway 76 while trying to save a cow. The bus was near a petrol pump when suddenly a cow came running in front of the bus. The bus driver applied brakes to save the cow from getting hit. As a result of sudden application of brakes, the bus lost control and overturned. There were 20 passengers in the roadways bus going from Udaipur to Mandsaur. All passengers are safe.

Bus conductor has received minor injuries. He was given first aid immediately. Villagers from nearby area rushed to the bus and helped the passengers to come out safely. Highway authority was informed who had the bus lifted with crane to roadside.
