A crash between two four wheelers, both hatch back cars, was reported on NH8 (Sukher area), opposite Sarla Exports today evening during an alleged overtaking. Both cars were damaged heavily; however, nobody was injured in the accident.

According to eye witnesses, two Swift cars (red Swift of Gujarat number and White of Udaipur), were coming towards Udaipur city. Both were at high speeds and when the white car tried to overtake the other, it resulted in a crash that caused the white Swift to roll over while red car was damaged from the rear side and also suffered damage on the front fender.

A large number of people gathered on the scene; a crane was called to tow both the cars. The Police took both the vehicle owners to the Police station to moderate the negotiation.
