A youth on bike was run-over by a tractor on Savina main road on Sunday morning. 25 year old Anis Singh Dhapa who worked in a private company left his home on Sunday for some work. He was riding a bike when he was hit by a tractor. The tractor hit the bike with such a force that he got flung from his bike and fell on the road. His head got crushed under the tractor’s wheel. The body was handed over to his family after post-mortem.
