An uncontrolled high speed car rammed into a bike on 80 feet road at Ambamata. One school girl died in the accident while her sister and father suffered injuries.
An uncontrolled high speed car rammed into a bike on 80 feet road at Ambamata. One school girl died in the accident while her sister and father suffered injuries.
ASI Jagdish Kumar of Ambamata Police Station informed that Himmat Singh Gurjar, resident of Sajjan Nagar was taking his daughters, Nain (9) and Rain(7) to school on a motorcycle in the morning at about 9 am. Near 80 ft road, an uncontrolled car coming at high speed rammed into his motorcycle. All three of them were thrown on the road. The car however did not stop and dragged them for about 50 feet. After that this controlled car crashed into another car and finally stopped after hitting a tree.

Police and the people around took the three injured to MB Hospital. Nain was pronounced dead by the medical staff while Rain has been admitted for treatment. Himmat Singh was discharged after preliminary treatment. Nain’s body was handed over to the family after post-mortem.
The car driver has been identified as Balwant Khatri. Balwant was arrested from the spot and his car has been seized. Notably Balwant had learnt to drive car only 2 months back and did not have complete control over his driving.
