District Collector Anandi has declared 2 local holidays for the year 2020.

These 2 days are festive occassions of Gangaur and Hariyali Amavasya.

As per information received, since Gangaur is a very holy festival and celebrated with full enthusiasm in Udaipur city, 27th March has been declared as a holiday.

Similarly since Hariyali Amavasya is a mela day and full of fun and frolic and is attended by urban and rural masses in great numbers, 20th July has also been declared as a holiday.
