Two new routes have been decided for the city buses, permitted by the Headquarter of the Transport department. The two new routes are Shiksha Bhawan circle to Paras Tiraha and Panchwati to Surajpol.

This month, 8 new buses will be seen running between the two routes for the locals to commute. According to Commissioner Himmat Singh Barhat, the corporation, on the basis of maintain-operate-transfer base, has permitted the city buses to commence in the first stage.

Route number 1 will start from Shiksha Bhawan circle to Paras Tiraha via Chetak Circle, Hathipol, Delhigate, Surajpol and Udiapol.

Route number 2 will commence from Aabkari office at Panchwati to Surajpol via Bansi pan, Court Circle, Shastri Circle, Ashok Nagar main road, Bekni bridge Ayad, University main gate, Bohra Ganesh circle, Dhulkut circle, Thokar circle and Sevashram.
