In another bureaucratic reshuffle, 20 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers were transferred by Rajasthan Government on Tuesday (08-Jan-19) evening. This includes Superintendent of Police (SP) of Udaipur district.

As per the orders, Kailash Chand Vishnoi, SP of Ajmer has been transferred as SP of Udaipur. In exchange, Udaipur SP Kunwar Rashtradeep has been appointed as SP of Ajmer.

SP Vishnoi belongs to Bikaner and has served as SP of Bharatpur, Alwar, Hanumangarh, Jhunjhunu and Sirohi.

Out of 20 IPS transfers, 5 were of the rank of SP. Kailash Chandra Bishnoi was appointed as SP Udaipur, Preeti Chandra as SP Karauli, Ajay Singh as SP Dholpur, Kunwar Rashtradeep as SP Ajmer and Yaad Ram Fansal as SP Churu.
