In a meeting at Zila Parishad, conducted by Madhu Mehta, concerns including Road repairing, Electricity and Water supply, etc. were discussed.

As informed in the meeting, the remaining villages under ‘Pipe Policy’ in Sarada Panchayat Committee will soon to be facilitated with a pipeline to the water tanks.

Zila Parishad Head, Mehta also instructed officials to pay attention towards areas affected with water supply this season.  It was also informed that 500 hand-pumps were repaired in the city area and 3000 were repaired in rural areas this season.

Mehta pointed out that road repairing work is in progress and roads in Salumber, Aaspur and Banswara will now be repaired.

275 Schools will be provided extra class rooms under the ‘Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan’ and to facilitate this the additional cost will be Rs. 3,30,000 per school.
