From 1^st July onward, on the cancellation of Tatkal tickets, the consumer will get 50% refund. Also the timing of the Tatkal window has been modified.

From 10 AM to 11 AM: AC Coach and from 11 AM to 12 PM: Sleeper Coach tickets will be booked. Also, there will be an increase in number of coaches in Shatabdi and Rajdhani Trains.

This service will be available for Shatabdi, Duranto and Mail Express and other trains where the passenger will get 50% cash return on cancellation. However, in AC 2- Rs. 100, AC 3- Rs. 90 and sleeper- Rs. 60 per person will be deducted.
