UIT’s three day plots auctioning began on Tuesday with only 6 plots sold out of 22 plots on the first day with revenue of Rs. 5,08,47,000.

On Tuesday, according to Secretary Ramniwas Mehta, 2 plots of Sector 9, C Block and 4 plots in Sector 14, J Block were sold. The highest bid was of J Block 14 sector plot which was sold at a price of Rs. 3000 per sq feet (2000 sq ft). Whereas the minimum bid was of 9-B block, sold at Rs. 87.30 Lac.

On Wednesday, the auctioned plots of Transport Nagar- Goverdhan Vilas (B Block) and Sub City Center’s (F, K, L and M Block) UIT plots.
