District Collector, Hemant Gera held a meeting with all concerned officers and instructed them to do the necessary groundwork.

The construction department has been instructed to make all arrangements for President’s road trip and to make her stay in the circuit house comfortable with necessary barricading. The President will attend a programme in Chawand and therefore every care has to be taken for her movement on the road.

He also drilled other departments related to cleanliness, fire brigade, medical facility, security and crowd control department in a meeting held today.

Kirti Rathod, Protocol Officer has informed about all the preparations and the wrok has been divided and categorized in various units. Alok Vashist, SP Udaipur, M.L Chohan ADM city, Pragya Kevalramani Additional Regional Officer, Harshsavan Sukh, Additional Chief Officer of Nagar Parishad, District Revenue Officer Rajendra Singh Shekhawat and other officials were present in the meeting.
