A high level meeting of the administrative officers held today at the Harish Chandra Mathur Public Administration Institute for the Electoral Roll as per the instructions given by the Election Commission.

The meeting was conducted by the Kirti Rathore, SDO (Jhadol), who took a special training at New Delhi with Mahamaya Prasad, Sanskrit College Lecturer and Master Trainer Elections.

In the meeting, Kirti Rahore instructed the ERO’s (Election Returning Officers) up to the rank of SDM and AERO’s (Assistant Election Returning Officers) up to the rank of Nayab Thehsildar about how they could check and scrutinize forms for EPIC (Electoral Photo Identity Card), add and delete name in the Electoral Roll, grant information to the political parties and about the jurisdiction and powers of the officers .

ERO’s, AERO’s, BLO (Booth Level Officers) of all the eight assembly constituencies of Udaipur Division, which includes assembly constituency of Udaipur, Udaipur (Rural), Jhadol, Gogunda, Kherwara, Mavli, Salumbar and Vallabhnagar, were present in the meeting

ADM (city) Mohammad Yassen Pathan, working District Collector B.R. Bhati, SDM (Girwa) Pushpendra Singh Shekhawat and Divisional Commissioner Subodh Agarwal were also present in the meeting.
