Udaipur administration has decided to take strict action against vehicle owners for parking their vehicles in non-parking areas of the city. Seeing the growing problems of citizens, the administration is preparing to take stern steps against defaulters.

Udaipur administration has decided to take strict action against vehicle owners for parking their vehicles in non-parking areas of the city. Seeing the growing problems of citizens, the administration is preparing to take stern steps against defaulters.

District Collector Rohit Gupta has informed that the action will be taken under the section 144 of IPC. Gupta instructed his subordinates to start the process. All area police will paste notice on vehicles parked either temporary or permanently in no parking areas.

If the owner doesn’t respond for 7 days after getting notified, then the vehicle will be termed as deserted and action will be taken under section 188, 102 CRPC and vehicle will be taken under custody. The orders will be effective from 20th Oct till 19th Dec.
