In an attempt to make Udaipur beautiful and see it develop on a fast pace, an Advisory Committee has been created under the mentorship of Collector Rohit Gupta. This step is taken under the banner of administration’s Action Udaipur- a program comprising of general welfare schemes.

The Advisory Committee is created to spread awareness among Udaipurites and give beneficial suggestions for the fast growth and an over-all development of the city.

Besides department’s officials, the committee will comprise of representatives of institutes, student unions’ presidents, companies associated with information & broadcasting and representatives of social media group and media. The group’s secretary is Sudhir Dave, Chief of Action Udaipur.

The first meeting of the committee is on 17^th December 2015 at Collectorate Auditorium. The main agenda for creating this committee is to involve common public towards making Udaipur first class city.
