The land search for the construction of Science Park and Sports Complex has begun. The district administration has asked the related construction agencies to finalize the selection soon.

The state government had made a provision for such establishment in the budget. The land at Shilpgram and Chitrakut Nagar is being under scrutiny for Science Park and Sports Complex, respectively.

The Science Park will be constructed with the budget of Rs. 5 Cr which will have scientific lab for children and other scientific devices.

For the sports complex, the amount is Rs. 14 Cr and will be constructed near the Maharana Paratap Khelgaon Stadium, Chitrakut Nagar. RSRDC is the agency for the construction of the sports complex.
